Miley Ray Cyrus (was born as Destiny Hope Cyrus; November 23, 1992) is an actress, American singer, and songwriter. Destiny Hope Cyrus was born on November 23, 1992, in Franklin, Tennessee, to Leticia “Tish” Jean Cyrus and country singer Billy Ray Cyrus.
