Miley Ray Cyrus (was born as Destiny Hope Cyrus; November 23, 1992) is an actress, American singer, and songwriter. An influential figure in famous music, Cyrus is denoted to her evolving artistry and image reinventions. A daughter of Tish Cyrus and Billy Ray Cyrus, she is an established kid star before developing a successful entertainment career as the adult. Destiny Hope Cyrus was born on November 23, 1992, in Franklin, Tennessee, to Leticia “Tish” Jean Cyrus and country singer Billy Ray Cyrus.
