Read and listen to motivating works. If you felt lost, try taken in the wisdom of others. Travel to places new and old.
Traveling is one of the most powerful transformative experiences you undergo. In traveling to distant places where you’re outside the comfort zone, you’ll be pushed to take on challenges and active way be alive (often prove to yourself that you can in fact do those stuff still!). Traveling doesn’t have to be as expensive as you think, either. If you travel to your own instead of with a touring organization, buy early (usually 4-6 months ahead of time), and go places in the off-season, you’ll explore that it doesn’t take too much save to get away for a little while. If this is very scary for you, begin by traveling to local zones before moving on to distant landing.

Listen to motivating music.
Music can be incredibly motivating for many human. It is one of the most powerful tools to reach directly into the soul and make you feel a powerful and deep connection with the composer or singer. For some humans the most transformative music is classical music. For other humans, more modern music is supportful. Some humans find traditional folk music, like Celtic music, to really wake them up. Experiment and explore something that works for you.
Create and embrace a emotion of connection.
There’s an often intangible emotion of connection to the good human spirit that you do tap in to and harness. For everyone, the medium that develop this emotion is different. Some human read poetry. Some human volunteer. Some human raise kids. Find something that makes you felt connected to the greater experience of being human and then take your own approach to capture that emotion. Take inspiration and develop something, a painting, a song, a dance, that lets you express that you too are human and are a chunk of the good beating heart that is this universe and planet.
Give people the benefit of the doubt.
Begin to felt connected by giving others the benefit of the doubt. When humans invite you to things, don’t just assume it’s as they need to be nice. They might really need your friendship. They might really need to see what you have to offer the globe! Assume the best in them and let them pleasantly surprising you. If you don’t try, after all, you’ll never even have the opportunity to explore out if something could have been fun and wonderful!

Volunteer.
Humans naturally gain the good sense of satisfaction from supporting each other. Not just the surface help to carry someone’s groceries. Instead, give someone deep, meaningful support that becomes one of the most optimistic forces of good in their lives. This will leave you felt deeply connected to the great human experience and get you ready to embrace life journey and all that you have in yours to be thankful for.
Appreciating what you have.
It’s easier to get caught up in thinking about our issues or all of the matters that we deserve we had and forget about all of the incredible stuff happening around us. You do forget about all the things in the life that are good and make you happier. Don’t forget about those stuff! Appreciate what you do have will make you felt better about embracing those matters while you have them. Remember, everything in life is real temporary, and you have to grasp to love matters while you have them.
Recognize when you want professional help.
Of course, sometimes our mind just get a bit sick. Sometimes we feel like we’re dead inside not as we’ve lost sight of awesome things but as our mind has become blind to them. When you felt really lost, and especially if you felt like you might hurting yourself or someone else, please seek professional support. It doesn’t make you weak or broken; just like you’d go to the specialist if you had cancer, you must go to a doctor when your mind isn’t doing what it must.
Finding your purpose.
When we live a life that serve us purpose and lets that purpose be realized, that is when we would felt most motivated and awake to possibilities this globe has to serve. Everyone has something to offer: either something to serve the planet, something to serve others, or few other purpose to offer.
