But just because it’s possible to changing your life doesn’t mean it’s easier.

1. FEAR OF THE FUTURE
It’s natural to experience fear when look ahead to what the future holds, but don’t permit your fear to taking control of you.
Sure, fear do kept you from making errors, but it also keeps you from learning and growing. Aim on taking one step at a time and kept moving forward.
2. THE ILLUSION OF CONTROL
We do control few things, but there are plenty of matters we can’t, and it’s significant to recognizing the difference between the two. Let go of the matters you can’t control and aim your attention on what you do to refine your life.
3. THE NEED FOR MORE THINGS
Do you explore yourself constantly comparing yourself to someone else and need what they have? Nowadays, it’s easier to discover yourself always needed more, but owning more matters doesn’t necessarily makes you happier.
After all, the more matters we have, the more responsibility and work we have to care for them. The fewer stuff we have, the lesser energy and time we spend on taking care of them, means we have more space for significant things in our life.
Be thankful for what you have and going for experiences over possessions.

4. Assess how matters are now.
What does you check out in yourself? What are you in motion? How do you operated in the given circumstance? What consequences (bad and good) are you experiencing as of what you check out yourself doing to live in now?
5. Accepting yourself as you are.
Today, right now in the life, this is how and who you are. Deciding that you like yourself no matter what.
6. Taking responsibility.
Be honest with yourself and taken responsibility for all that you are into and not doing (right and wrong), and the impact your actions have on others and yourself.
7. Identify what you want to change.
What do you want to change about yourself? What actions or behaviors are you demonstrating that are not helping you? What is the better alternative for you in each identified situation? What do you want to do differently?
8. Commit to making that change.
Make the decision to do the work and to make the change you listed. Form an agreement with yourself in whatever manner is supportful to you (penning up or otherwise) so that you understand you would do what you say you need to do.
9. Educating yourself.
Seek external and internal resources to gather info on how you do make the change that you just commit to make. Be honest about the past so that you do use your own way of experiences to breaking the pattern that no longer serve you.

10. Set goals.
Making the change process measurable and tangible, to an extent. What you do every day to get yourself nearer to who you need to be? Pen down, from tiny to big, the aims you will reach.
11. Taking action towards your aims.
Each day, honor your commitment. Act with an awareness of the changes you are innovating. Do matters and engaging in behaviors that are harmonious with your aims.
12. Have compassion for yourself.
It is said that it takes 30 days to change the habit, Motivational blogs is to be kind and patient to yourself during this time journey. Express gratitude to yourself for doing the work in motion. Love yourself every day so that you faith you are worthy of the change(s).
Take time to reflect on. Take the time to assess your growth. Love and praise yourself for every bit of change you are creating as for trending in motivation. Revise your aim ladder or any other chunk of this protocol as you deem essential. Absorb from what you’re doing, or not doing. Do the good you can.
