Haier has introduced a new series of SBS refrigerators designed specifically for Indian users. The company has introduced the 2- & 3-door convertible SBS (side by side) 682 and 683 refrigerators. It starts with a price of Rs. 1,27,000 and Rs. 1,40,000, both series refrigerators say ‘Made in India, Made for India.
After researching the usage patterns and behaviors of Indian consumers, Haier found that Indian consumers crave an SBS refrigerator with a large refrigerator compartment that allows them to operate the way they want.
As most homes in India prefer vegetables, the large refrigerator area next to the refrigerator is often misused, while the need for a larger refrigerator space is rarely met. To address this concern, Haier introduced two popular refrigerators ‘made in India and Made for India’.

Haier 683 Series 3-door convertible side by side refrigerator
It is the first Indian side of 3 flexible doors with a side refrigerator (series 683). It has a 21 percent flexible top left component that will allow users to increase the refrigeration space from 62 percent to 83 percent and only 17 percent is refrigerated at the bottom left. These features make it truly customizable to fit the needs of a modern Indian home. In addition, the refrigerator area can be increased to 38 percent using a flexible phase.
The 683 range also has a Hanging Flexi box designed for the storage of cosmetics and other items.

The 682 series is an SBS refrigerator with two company doors. It is said to be India’s first SBS with two doors that are 100% flexible capable of operating as a 100% refrigeration unit. The 683 series is an additional premium offering with a flexible section of 21% at the top left. This design allows the user to increase the refrigeration space from 62% (dedicated) to 83% and 17% is set to the fridge at the bottom left, making it truly customizable to suit the needs of a modern Indian home. If the user needs additional refrigeration space, they may have the flexibility of expanding it to 38% using a flexible phase.
