Mali Elfman’s directorial debut is Next Exit, a sci-fi comedy-drama film written and directed by her. Dr. Stevenson (Karen Gillan) launches the Life Beyond scientific investigation, which permits people to commit painless suicide with the assurance that there is an afterlife. Rose (Katie Parker) and Teddy (Rahul Kohli), two strangers poised to die in New York City, wind up sharing a rental car on a cross-country trip to their individual Life Beyond appointments.

Bardo film

Bardo, False Chronicle of a Handful of Truths is a black comedy-drama film written and directed by Alejandro González Iárritu. It tells the story of Silverio Gama (Daniel Giménez Cacho), a well-known Mexican musician. After receiving a big international prize, journalist and documentary filmmaker living in Los Angeles returns to México – but he wasn’t expecting this trip to drive him to an existential limit. Silverio wrestles with universal but personal issues such as identity, success, mortality, México’s history, and the intense familial relationships he shares with his wife and children. On December 16, Netflix will make Bardo available for streaming.

Forever, the Black Panther lands in Wakanda.

The sequel to Marvel’s Black Panther, directed by Ryan Coogler, is titled Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. Following the death of King T’Challa, the leaders of the kingdom of Wakanda will have to struggle to safeguard their country from the invading troops of the undersea nation of Talokan, led by Namor (Tenoch Huerta). The MCU will introduce Riri Williams/Ironheart (Dominique Thorne), who will later star in her TV series, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. Letitia Wright, Lupita Nyong’o, Danai Gurira, Winston Duke, Martin Freeman, and Angela Bassett also appear in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.

Patricia Clarkson, Andre Braugher, Jennifer Ehle, and Samantha Morton also star in She Said.

The Menu 

Mark Mylod directed the black comedic horror film The Menu. It follows Margot (Anya Taylor-Joy) and Tyler (Nicholas Hoult), a young couple who travel to a distant island to dine at the opulent Hawthorne restaurant. Slowik (Ralph Fiennes), the restaurant’s star chef, has produced a magnificent molecular gastronomy menu where food is treated as conceptual art, but his approach to cuisine includes shocking and lethal shocks. Hong Chau, Janet McTeer, Judith Light, and John Leguizamo all appear.

Fabelmans 

Steven Spielberg’s The Fabelmans is a coming-of-age drama film partially based on his childhood. Sammy Fabelman (Gabriel LaBelle), growing up in post-World War II Arizona, finds a shattering family secret and investigates how the power of film might help him understand the truth. Michelle Williams, Paul Dano, Seth Rogen, and Judd Hirsh also appear in The Fabelmans.

Strange World

Don Hall directed the animated sci-fi action film Strange World, which was produced by Walt Disney Pictures. It relates the narrative of the legendary Clades, particularly the Searcher Clade (voiced by Jake Gyllenhaal), a farmer who lacked the boldness of his explorer ancestors. They are, nevertheless, all compelled must join forces in their most important assignment, and they must rely on each other and put their differences aside while in the perilous country of Avalonia, where a rare creature awaits. The Son 

The Son is a drama film directed by Florian Zeller that is based on Florian Zeller’s 2018 stage play of the same name. It acts as a prelude to the 2020 film The Father. Nicholas (Zen McGrath), 17, no longer feels he can stay with his mother, Kate, a few years after his parents’ divorce (Laura Dern). Nicholas decides to live with his father, Peter (Hugh Jackman), and Peter’s new partner, Beth (Vanessa Kirby). Peter strives to care for Nicholas like he wishes his father had cared for him while juggling work, his and Beth’s new son, and an offer of his dream position in Washington. Its errors cause Peter to lose sight of how to keep Nicholas in the present.

White Noise

White Noise is a black comedy film written and directed by Noah Baumbach, based on Don DeLillo’s 1985 novel of the same name. It tells the story of Jack Gladney (Adam Driver), a Hitler professor, father of four, and husband to Babette (Greta Gerwig), whose life is shattered by “The Airborne Toxic Event,” a catastrophic train accident that dumps chemical waste over his town. Raffey Cassidy, André Benjamin, Alessandro Nivola, Jodie Turner-Smith, and others also appear.

Matilda 

The Tony and Olivier Award-winning musical will be released in cinemas in the United Kingdom on November 25, in the United States in early December, and on Netflix on Christmas Day. Matilda is the story of a remarkable girl who, armed with a sharp mind and a vivid imagination, takes a stand to change her story, with miraculous results. The cast includes Alisha Weir, Emma Thompson, Lashana Lynch, Stephen Graham, Andrea Riseborough, and Sindhu Vee.
